Mr.Deepak Puggal 翰威特人力资源外包亚太区商务发展总裁及翰威特印度人力资源外包总裁
Deepak holds an Engineering degree from IIT Delhi with a Masters in Business Management from JBIMS, Mumbai.
He has been with Hewitt for over thirteen years and during this period has managed the Outsourcing and Consulting LoBs.
Initially, for a period of fours years he was the Business Leader for the Compensation Consulting L oB. Thereafter, he led an outsourcing consulting assignment for a State Government before moving into his current role of Business Leader for the Outsourcing LoB in India. In this role he is responsible for the overall business performance, business acquisition, key client relationships, operations and associate competency enhancement.
In addition to his role of Business Leader for Outsourcing in India, he also leads the Business Development function across Asia Pacific for the Outsourcing LoB with a strong focus on evaluating and expanding Hewitt's current suite of service offerings.
Deepak's experience prior to Hewitt, of around 18 years, was in the Corporate sector in the HR function in the manufacturing, soft ware and services sectors.
