Investment Advisory’s CEO Selects SuccessFactors to Garner Client Feedback on Team’s Execution

Hong Kong – September 30, 2010 – Today, SuccessFactors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFSF) announced that Sozo Group, a sustainable investment advisory group based in Hong Kong, has implemented SuccessFactors’ small business offering, Professional Edition, to automate and customize the company’s people-focused initiatives.

As a fresh and new company that commenced operation early this year, the CEO, Raymond Cheng, wanted greater visibility into the company’s internal talent base to monitor his clients’ feedback on how employees were executing the business strategy.

In January 2010, SoZo Group opened their doors for business and quickly attracted team members who were eager to apply their professional skills while making a difference in the world. With a laser-like focus on values and vision, SoZo Group began working on infrastructure, systems and process and refining their business model for service delivery.
