In the years I have been in the recruitment industry I have seen many organizations being challenged to serve more demanding and complex clients in continuously changing markets. Today’s top 10 in demand jobs did not exist 10 years ago and we have to work and manage a much younger generation of talent. They are highly mobile, value relationships over money and are changing our work place. We have to be resilient and adaptable to change to survive and if you are able to embrace change it will increase your chances of being successful in the recruitment sector.
