叶文玉:恒天然中国人力资源副总裁
Marlene Ye:HR VP, Fonterra China

叶文玉持有博灵顿大学MBA学位和南开大学学士学位。 她在几个世界著名跨国公司人力资源副总裁、 总监之职有20多年。她的人力资源生涯开始于AT&T,后来进入安德鲁电讯和GE。 她所负责的范围包 括亚太地区。 她曾担任勃林格殷格翰中国人力资源副总裁, 该公司总部在德国, 在全球药企中排名 13位,是全世界最大的私人药企。最近,她加入恒天然中国担任人力资源副总裁。
Marlene Ye holds an MBA degree from Barrington University and a Bachelor degree from Nankai University. She has 20 years HR Management experience in several well known multinational companies covering industries of telecom, high tech, and pharmaceuticals. She started her HR career with At&T and later on as HR head for Andrew Telecom, and General Electric. Her responsibilities cover Asia Pacific region. She has also been HR VP for Boehringer Ingelheim China for 7 years. She recently joined Fonterra as HR VP for China.

As HR head, Marlene is also a certified coach for senior management team of her company. She is a certified NLP coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and hypnotherapist. Outside her normal responsibilities as a senior HR professional, Marlene has also been active in contributing to HR community via sharing her experience and knowledge at several HR conferences organized by Marcus Evans, Innova, JF Pearson, China Economic Review, and Amcham. She also frequently shares her views and insights via contributing articles for China Staff and other management magazines. She has won HR Director of the year nomination award by China Staff in 2000 and 2006 respectively. Her HR team has been nominated HR Team of the Year by China Staff in 2007 and 2008.
